Carter is one of those babies that just makes your heart melt.  He's a go-with-the-flow and extremely sweet natured little guy.  He was having such a good time, playing in the park behind his house, that when it was time to leave, he cried for a whole five seconds...and that was that!

early thanksgiving

A little tradition we started with John's grad school buddies; early thanksgiving.  Every year, one of us will host the crew and we'll all pitch in to create a home cooked turkey dinner.   Next year, it'll be in NYC at either Jeff or Andrew's place.

lisa + andrew / warwick hotel

Lisa and Andrew, who are Brooklynites, met at Penn more than six years ago and thought it fitting to have their wedding in Philadelphia.  To keep things simple, they decided against a big wedding party and opted instead to have only their maid of honor and best man stand by them for their candle-lit ceremony.  I was particularly struck by the gorgeous flowers at this wedding; rich shades of orange, red and gold.
