spicy zucchini-pineapple bread

My friend Victoria gave me this Katie Lee Joel cookbook as a bridal shower gift during my engagement with a little note that said, 'you're going to be a great wife!'  Thanks, Vic.  So far, every recipe I've tried has been wonderful, but I just had to post about this bread; it is delish. 

toasted and spread with cream cheese this bread is PURE heaven.
